I recently transitioned into a new position at the Playhouse, the Sales Marketing Manager. While I am thrilled to continue my work here and on the Marketing Department, I do want to take a moment to reminisce about my time in the box office. For the past four years, it has been an absolute pleasure to serve as your Patron Services Manager. I have enjoyed all of the wonderful conversations with all of you, our Playhouse patron family. The history, the stories, the dedication and loyalty, the pride, the joy; it has all been so inspirational to be a part of.
While I look forward to continuing my relationships with you all in my new position, I leave you in the very capable hands of your experienced Box Office staff members.
Kelly McInnis, seated, is our brand new Box Office Manager. She comes to us after having managed the Avon Theatre Film Center in Stamford. She is excited to bring her more than nine years of experience there to her new role at the Playhouse. She also does freelance production work on the tapings of the television show Inside the Actors Studio. Outside of work, she is an avid and immersive traveler, and enjoys film, international culture, and baking.
Kelly joins our long-time Patron Services Associate and Subscriber Concierge, Alysia Miller. Alysia has enjoyed working in the Playhouse for the past three and a half years. When not working with the box office team at the Playhouse, she is involved in graphic design projects with Bridgeport Theatre Company.
Kelly and Alysia are also joined by Kevin Tyler, who has been a part of the box office team for the past three seasons and joins the team full-time. Kevin is thrilled to be joining the box office team! Having always enjoyed the theatrical experiences offered by the Playhouse, he feels fortunate to have worked alongside the dedicated Playhouse staff for at least part of the last three seasons. He is a recent graduate of Connecticut College and loves to study and perform improv comedy.
